Kayla Hillock - Founder | Integrative Fitness & Wellness Coach

 I’m Kayla  — a personal trainer, bodyworker, and lifelong student of the human body. I studied Exercise Health and Science at BU and have certifications that span the spectrum of physical and energetic healing,  I’m Kayla — a personal trainer, bodyworker, and lifelong student of the human body. With a degree in Exercise Health and Science from BU and certifications that bridge both physical and energetic healing, I founded Attuned Fitness to offer something different: fitness that truly listens to your body.


I’m an ACSM-certified personal trainer, a multi-state licensed massage therapist, and a polarity practitioner trained at Spa Tech in Maine. I spent years practicing medical massage, obtained my NPI, and helped launch Zeel’s veteran treatment program across New England. My background also includes Reiki Master certification (Usui Method, Lisa Powers), RYT-200 Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance), Rolfing® Structural Integration (Ida Rolf Institute), and Nervous System Regulation Practitioner credentials (IPHM).


Basically — if it involves movement, anatomy, healing, or tuning into the body’s wisdom, I’m all in.


But more than the letters and licenses, I bring lived experience. I know what it’s like to rebuild — from autoimmune flares, addiction recovery, motherhood, heartbreak, and all the messy parts of life. That’s why Attuned Fitness isn’t about just pushing through — it’s about training with intention, healing with science, and coming back home to your body.

Some days that means lifting heavy and feeling powerful. Other days it might mean grounding breathwork, mobility flows, or talking through what’s really going on under the surface.
